All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::Canfield Cemetery--Idabel OK McCurtain County Local Newspaper: Dec. 2, 1926 AN OLD LADY DIED TUESDAY Mrs. Rebecca Billingsley, who resided about three miles west of this city, died at 2:30 Tuesday morning after a very short illness. Mrs. Billingsley was about 68 years of age. She was taken suddenly ill Sunday and grew worse until Tuesday morning when she died. She leaves five sons and three daughters, two sisters, Mrs. J.H. Derryberry of this city and Mrs. Joe Wright, of Houston, Texas, four brothers, Cooper Willingham, of this city, Mack Willingham, of St. Louis, Dallas Willingham, of Broken Bow, and Tom Willingham, of Olney, Tex. Mrs. Billingsley was a fine Christian character and had many friends in our city and county, where she had lived for a number of years.
