Obituary: Pfc. Wilburn N. Billingsley

= REBURIAL SERVICES SET FOR PFC. WILBURN BILLINGSLEY =

Reburial services for Pfc. Wilburn N. Billingsley have been set for 
2:30 p.m. Sunday, October 31, 1948 at the Denison Cemetery in Idabel. 
The service will be conducted under the direction of the Broken Bow 
posts of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion.

Pfc. Billingsley enlisted March 31, 1944, and left for overseas 
service January 8, 1945.  

He was shot in the chest while advancing with his unit at Valdron, 
Germany, on April 4, 1945.

His body was returned from the military cemetery at Martgra en, 
Holland.

Pfc. Billingsley was the son of Mr. and Mrs. J. J. Billingsley of 
Holly Creek.
