All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::Broken Bow Cemetery--Broken Bow OK McCurtain County Local Newspaper: September 17, 1931 AFTER LONG ILLNESS Mrs. M.J. Boaz, 66 years old, died at 8:10 Saturday night, Sept. 12, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Dora Storey, in this city. Mrs. Boaz was a native of Texas, moving to Oklahoma in 1916, the greater part of that time living in Broken Bow. She has lived here with Mrs. Storey quite a number of years. At the early age of 13 Mrs. Boaz was converted and for a number of years has been a member of the Church of Christ. Funeral services was conducted at 2:30 Sunday afternoon at the Broken Bow cemetery. D.F. Watson, elder of The Church of Christ, officiated at the service.
