Herman Brey, Sr. was born October 3, 1948 in Maybe, Michigan to Joyce and Charles Lee Brey and died Saturday at the age of 59. He grew up in Michigan where he began his career in trucking, and later moved to Nebraska then to Oklahoma where he met his wife Danna Jackson where they made their home near Broken Bow. He is preceded in dea th by his father and a grandson. Survivors include his wife, Danna; three children, Teresa Rice of Monroe, Michigan, Herman Charles Brey, Jr. and wife, Jennifer of Yipanaspi, Michigan, Thomas Lee Brey and wife, Amber of Lawton, Oklahoma; his mother Joyce Odghal of Mentor, Michigan; two brothers, Richard Brey and wife, Jeanie of Hudson, Michigan, Les Brey and wife, Kathy of Mackinaw City, Michigan; three sisters, Carey Adams and husband, Freddie of Isom, Kentucky, Jill Ausmus of Toledo, Ohio; Sarah Zanick of Monroe, Michigan; his in-laws, Leon and Hazel Jackson of Elk City; one brother-in-law Larry Jackson and wife, Linda of Raleigh, North Carolina; two sisters-in-law, Nancy Alford and husband, Ocie of Norman, Judy Wright and husband, Sam of Elk City; three grandchildren.
