She was buried in Choctaw Academy Cemetery May 15 following funeral services in Rufe, with the Rev. Bertram Bobb officiating. Born November 20, 1905, in Garvin, Mrs. Caldwell was a lifetime McCurtain County resident and member of the Methodist Church. Ina and Cephus Caldwell were married SEptember 24, 1936, in Idabel. Survivors include her husband, Cephus, of Valliant; two sons, Leo Caldwell of Wright City and Earl Caldwell of Winston, Oregon; fouir daugthers, Alma Wisenhunt of Campbell, California, Lottie Wilson and May Rios of Valliant and Clara Sewell of Dallas; a brother, Leroy Winship, and a half- brothers, Anderson Winship, both of Broken Bow; two sisters, Edna Harris of Wright City and Mary Tisho of Broken Bow; 18 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Return to McCurtain Archives http://www.usgwarchives.net/ok/mccurtain/mccurtai.htm
