Obituary: =COFFEY=

Oscar Holman Coffey, age 80, of Garvin passed away February 28, 1993 
in Edmond, Oklahoma. He was born July 10, 1912 in Garvin.

Mr. Coffey was a lifetime resident of McCurtain County with the 
exceptiion of the past three years when he moved to Choctaw, 
Oklahoma. He was a a member of the church of Christ.

Mr. Coffey is survived by five sons, Clarence Coffey of Oklahoma 
City, Bo, Royce, and Marvin Coffey all of Millerton, and Don Coffey 
of Valliant; two daughters, Ann Thompson of Choctaw, Oklahoma and 
Martha Endsley of Garvin; one sister Jewel Logan of Garvin; 12 
grandchildfren, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 3, 1933 at the 
Norwood/Coffey-Lenard Chapel in Idabel, with Roger Thompson and Roy 
Risley officiating, Burial services will follow at Forest Hill 
Cemetery, The family will meet at the h ome of Royce Coffey in 
Millertson.  Services are under the direction of Norwood/Coffey-
Leonard Funeral Home in Idabel.
