Obituary: George W. Coffman

George W. Coffman, 82, Idabel, passed away Wednesday, November 18, 
1998. He was born June 20, 1916 in Garvin, the son of John Henry and 
Inez Cofman.

Coffman and Geneva Tuttle were united in marriage on November 8, 
1938. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, one 
sister, and a daughter, Jackie Coffman.

Coffman is survived by five sons, W. H. (Sonny) Coffman of Atlanta, 
Georgia, Billy Ray Coffman, George E. Coffman, Don Coffman, and Joe 
Coffman , all of Idabel; 24 grandchildren and 29 Great-Grandchildren.

Funeral services were Saturday, November 21 in the Norwood-Leonard 
Chapel in Idabel with the Rev. Charles Ray officiating, assisted by 
Bro. Dean Justus. Burial followed in the Forest Hill Cemetery under 
the Direction of Norwood-Leonard Funeral Home of Idabel.
