Funeral services were held Tuesday in Coffey-Ruiz Funeral Home Chapel 
in Idabel for Allie Owen Cooke, 89, Idabel, who died Saturday in 
McCurtain Memorial Hospital.       

Rev. Rueben Ruiz officiated and burial was in Canfield Cemetery.       

Cooke, a lifetime resident of the county, was born July 4, 1889, in 
Indian Territory.  He is survived by his daughter Hazel Bartlett of 
Idabel; two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and five great-
great grandchildren.
