All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::Valliant Cemetery--Valliant OK Michael Robert Grimsley VALLIANT, Okla. - Michael Robert Grimsley, 42, died Monday, May 19, 1997, at Idabel. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Dell Glenn officiating. Burial will be in Valliant Cemetery by Huckleberry Funeral Service. Mr. Grimsley was born in Fort Monmouth, N.J. He married Joan Waters in 1976. He was a supervisor in the truck shop at Weyerhaeuser Co. at Wright City. He was a member of First Baptist Church and was a Sunday school teacher and a Royal Ambassador sponsor. He also was in the choir and played hand bells. He coached little league baseball. Survivors include his wife; two sons, Ty Michael Grimsley and Kyle Theron Grimsley, both of the home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Mark Grimsley of Soper; two brothers, Stephen Grimsley of Denton, Texas, and Richard Grimsley of Austin, Texas; five sisters, Donna Bradshaw of Ropesville, Texas, Susan DeLoc of Borger, Texas, Karen Hart and Patricia Oakley, both of Odessa, Texas, and Jana Grimsley of Fort Worth, Texas; paternal grandmother, Mattie Grimsley of Muleshoe, Texas; and maternal grandparents, H.E. and Gladys Wimberley of Graham, Texas.
