Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Robertson Funeral Directors Chapel of Memories with Leonard Holt, pastor of Agape Christian Church in Clarendon, officiating. Private burial was Monday in Citizens Cemetery. Mr. Hatcher was born Feb. 19, 1940, in Idabel, Okla. He was an Amarillo resident before moving to Clarendon three years ago. He married Norma Jean Northern on Oct. 3, 1964, in Amarillo. He had been the maintenance supervisor at Chasewood Apartments before his retirement. He was a member of a men's bowling league and bowled in the Grand Street League. He was a member of Agape Christian Church in Clarendon. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Herbert and Nona Estella Whitten Hatcher; and three brothers, W.D. Hatcher, Charles H. Hatcher and Wayne Hatcher. Survivors include his wife; and eight sisters, Gladys Stogsdill of Garland, Mary Bogle and Betty Novak, both of Edmond, Okla., Nona Renfro of Marlow, Okla., Jean Pogue of Wichita Falls, Ann Mims of Weatherford, and Lorraine Almsted and Lameda Black, both of Wellington.
