She was born in Throckmorton, Texas on January 9, 1906. A homemaker, John was a member of the Faith Assembly of God Church and had lived in the community all her life. Survivors include two sons, Robert 'Buck' John of Idabel and James John of Freemont, California; three daughters: Lou Parks, Bobby Scott; and Gearldine Garrison all of Idabel; one brother Robert Bushers of Idabel, eleven grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in Nations Chapel in Idabel. Rev. Chuck Bates will officiate. Burial will be in Canfield cemetery in Idabel under direction of Nations Funeral Home of Idabel. Family members will be meeting at home of Robert 'Buck' John at 1207 S.E. Van Buren in Idabel.
