MRS. IDA JONES DIED WEDNESDAY P.M. IN IDABEL
          ______________

Mrs. Ida Jones, of Idabel, died at the family home there Wednesday afternoon,
after an illness of several days.  She has lived in Idabel several years and
is well and favorably known and has many friends.

Mrs. Jones was a member of the First Baptist church and has lived a consecrated
life.  She is survived by four sons and two daughters, J.L. Jones, Hope, Ark.;
Brazel Jones, Junie Jones, and Clinton Jones, McAllen, Texas; Mrs. L.G.
McIntyre, Texas, and Miss Oeta Jones, Idabel, to mourn her departure, besides
many relatives and friends.

Funeral arrangements have been made.  The services will be conducted at the
First Baptist Church in Idabel, by Dr. S. Addison McElroy, Friday afternoon
at 2:30 o'clock, and the remains will be laid to rest in the Denison cemetery.

We deeply sympathize with the bereaved ones in their great loss.
