ALF LEE PASSES AWAY AT HIS HOME Mr. Alf Lee was born April 8, 1874, near Prescott, Ark., and died at his home in Broken Bow, October 9, 1932. Mr. Lee came to Broken Bow from Garvin, Okla., and has been a resident here for the last nineteen years, being associated with his brother, Henry Lee, in Lee's Barber Shop. For the last 12 or 13 years he has owned the shop having purchased his brother's interest. Mr. Lee had been confined to his home for the past two years, with an affliction the doctors were unable to treat with any degree of success. His passing was expected by those who were near him. He is survived by his wife, three sons, Buck, Bruce and Charles and one daughter, Ruby. Funeral services were conducted at the Baptist church by Rev. G.M. McNeilly, pastor of the Baptist church of Elgin, Texas. Burial was at the Broken Bow cemetery immediately after the funeral under the direction of the Skaggs Funeral Home. The pallbearers were: Mack Bruton, Pete Griggs, Cecil Richardson, Jack Costilow, Cecil Martin and Jack Robinson. Relatives who attended were: Mr. and Mrs. Henry Lee and son, James, of VBroken Bow; Mr. and Mrs Bohanon, and Mrs. Joe Lee of Texarkana; Mr. and Mrs.T.A. Johnson and J.R. Lee of De Queen, Ark.
