EVA LEWIS DIES SUNDAY SERVICE HELD      

Mrs Eva Evelyn (should be Evelena)  Lewis , 81, Valliant, died at 
3'30 a.m. Sunday, December 21 in McCurtain Memeorial hospital in 
Idabel.   

Born April 22,1888, in Tennessee, she has lived in Valliant five 
years after 38 years as a resident of the Mt. Zion community. She was 
a member of the Baptist Church.   

Survivors include three sons, Jess of Duke , Clarence of Idabel and 
Tommy of Wright City; three daughters ,Mrs G. H. BATCHELOR of Altus, 
Mrs Faye HURST (should be Foy Hurst) of Midwest City and Bessie 
WILLIAMSON of Valliant;one sister, Betha EDWARDS of Slapon (should be 
Slayton), Tex. 33 grandchildren, 61 great grandchildren and five 
great great grandchildren. 

My note; This is my Grandma,the Obit doesn't mention it but her 
maiden name was Duncan.
