All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::Valliant Cemetery--Valliant OK Obituary: Will McClure Dated:Monday June 19, 1972 Newspaper: McCurtain Gazette, Idabel, Oklahma p. 7 col 8 = Will McClure = Will McClure, 84, Valliant, died at approximately 1 p.m. Friday, June 16, in the Parkview Nursing Home of Valliant. Born February 2, 1888, in Little Rock, Ark., he had been a resident of the Valliant area since 1908. He was a retired farmer and a member of the Baptist church. Survivors include his wife, Etta McClure, of Valliant; two sons, Otho of Odessa, Tex., and Billy of Paris, Tex.; one half brother, Charles McClure of Gotebo, and three grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 18, in the First Baptist Church of Valliant, with the Rev. Albert Warnken officiating.
