OBITUARY: William Hosea Miller

W. H. Miller Dies Sunday

William Hosea Miller, 76, Valliant, died Sunday in a Paris hospital.        

Born at Valliant in 1882, he had resided there since 1904, moving 
from Blossom, Texas.  He was a retired farmer.        

He is survived by one brother, T. G. Miller, Clarksville, Tex., two 
sisters, Mrs. Carrie Gooding, Ontario, Calif. and Ms. J. R. Clark, 
Valliant; and one half-brother, Jack Miller of Valliant.        
Services were held Monday in the Methodist church of Valliant with 
Rev. Bill Thompson officiating.        

Pallbearers  were Jack Bowling, Bennie Ray, Clarence Simpson, Stanley 
Story, Woodie McLaughlin, and Floyd Read, Jr.       

Burial was in the Valliant cemetery under the direction of Coffey 
funeral home.
