McCurtain County Local Newspaper: June 29, 1933

OAK HILL CITIZEN DIED THERE TUESDAY

W.C. Nave, 57, prominent farmer of the Oak Hill community several 
miles northwest of Idabel, died at his home about 7 a.m. Tuesday 
following an extended illness of cancer.  Funeral services were held 
Tuesday afternoon at 4 o'clock at Glover church, conducted by Rev. 
S.J. McCarroll.  Burial was in Glover Cemetery under direction of 
Skaggs Funeral Home, Idabel.

Mr. Nave is survived by his wife; two brothers, W.L. and J.L. Nave, 
and two sisters, Miss Susie May Nave and Mrs. John J. Sullivan, all 
of Oak Hill. 

Mr. Nave had lived in McCurtain county several years and had a host 
of friends who will regret to learn of his death.
