Udell W. Nichols 

Udell W. Nichols, 57 of Broken Bow, died Sunday at his home. 

Funeral services were held Tuesday at the First Baptist Church of 
Broken Bow with the Rev. Delbert Garrett officiating.  Burial was in 
Crown Hill cemetery. 

Nichols was born Oct. 24, 1912 in Plainview, Ark., and had been a 
resident of Broken Bow for the past 38 years.  He was a carpenter and 
served in the U. S. Seabees. 

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Grace Nichols, one son, Charles 
Eugene Nichols of Broken Bow; three brothers, Henry Nichols of 
Wichita, Kansas; Luther Nichols of Eureka, Calif; and Kenny Nichols 
of Broken Bow.
