Obituary: Virgil M. Nichols

Newsclipping: date handwritten 5-29-73 

Funeral services for Virgil Monroe Nichols, 81, of Broken Bow, who 
died Monday, May 28, at Heavener, were set for Wednesday, May 30, at 
Norwood-Welch Chapel, Broken Bow with burial in Broken Bow Cemetery.    

Born Sept. 10, 1891, at Arkansas, he had resided in Broken Bow for 25 
years, coming from Arkansas.  He was a retired farmer and a member of 
the Church of Christ.    

Survivors include one son, Corbett Nichols, Broken Bow; one sister, 
Mrs. Rowena Crimer, Bagdad, Ariz.; one brother, Herbert Nichols, 
Kelsyville, Calif,.; one grandson and one great-grandson.
