Obituary: Opie Ramsey

Dated: Wednesday January 21, 1970

= Service for Opie Ramsey Conducted =       

Services for Miss Opie Ramsey, 52, Broken Bow, were held at 2 p.m. 
Wednesday, January 21, in the Holly Creek Freewill Baptist church, 
with the Rev. Emen McAteer Officiating.       

Miss Ramsey died at 3 p.m. Sunday, January 18, at Taft.        

Born September 18, 1917, in Dekalb, Tex.,she had been a resident of 
McCurtain County since 1935, moving from Texas. She was a member of 
the Baptist church.       

Arrangements and burial in the Holly Creek cemetery were under the 
direction of Norwood-Welch Funeral Home.
