Ruffin, Mable Lorene 1930 - 2005

Mable Lorene Ruffin, 74, a seamstress, died Monday, Feb. 14, 2005, at 
her home.

Graveside service: 1 p.m. Thursday in Moran Cemetery, Valliant, Okla. 
Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Biggers Funeral Chapel.

Mrs. Ruffin was born in Atoka, Okla., and had been an area resident 
since the early 1950s. She was preceded in death by her husband, 
William E. Ruffin, on Dec. 13, 1992; and a daughter, Earlene Oldner, 
on April 23, 1987.

Survivors: Children, John Robert "Bob" Ruffin and his wife, Nancy, of 
Boyd, Alvin Earl Ruffin and his wife, Judy, of Burleson, Mary Lorene 
Rutledge and her husband, Randy, of Azle, William Eugene "Gene" 
Ruffin and his wife, Kathy, of Haslet; brother, Edward Bowlin of 
Purcell, Okla.; sisters, Elizabeth Autry of Phoenix, Ariz., Matador 
Horn and Barbara Burt of Marysville, Wash.; 13 grandchildren; 17 
great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a number of 
nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
