Obituary: Mrs. Selly Russell

Dated: Saturday, August 19, 1939

Mrs. Selly Russell       

Mrs. Selly Russell, aged 84 years, who has made her home with her 
son, Perry Russell at Garvin, for a number of years, passed away 
Friday morning at the home of another son, Steve Russell at Horatio, 
Arkansas.        

Funeral rites were held Saturday at Clear Creek Cemetery east of 
Horatio. Burial was made under direction of the Holmes Funeral home 
of Idabel.        

Survivors are five sons, Steve Russell, Horatio; Perry Russell, 
Garvin; Jim Russell, Horatio; Guy Russell, Ashdown, Ark; and Sam 
Russell, Winthrop, Ark.; three daughters, Mrs. Ada Bagwell, 
Texarkana; Mrs. Nora Pruitt, Winthrop, and Mrs. Georgia Williamson, 
Horatio.
