Marvin Gerald Smalling

PICKENS, Okla. - Marvin Gerald Smalling, 67, of Big Spring, Texas, 
died Thursday, Oct. 8, 1998, in Big Spring.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Pickens Assembly of God 
Church. Burial will be in County Line Cemetery in Pickens. 
Arrangements are by Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home of Big Spring.

Mr. Smalling was born in Glenwood, Ark. He was employed by TST-
Parafin. He was a member of Assembly of God Church.

Survivors include a son, E.A. "Red" Smalling of Roanoke, Texas; two 
daughters, Sue Lott of Midland, Texas, and Sandy Smalling of Big 
Spring, Texas; three sisters, Velma Parker of Fritch, Texas, Shirley 
Lewis of Hawkins, Texas, and Helen Yarbrough of Katy, Texas; three 
brothers, Kelsey Smalling of Pickens, Gene Smalling of Muleshoe, 
Texas, and Clyde Smalling of Roseburg, Ore.; and six grandchildren.
