DAN SOUTHERLAND DIES OF INJURY   

Paris, Tex. Sept 3 -Dan Southerland ,traveling salesman, who was 
injured when his car overturned  after he suffered a stroke near 
Idabel, Okla. died at the Sanitarium of Paris, Sunday at 5 p.m.. The 
accident had occurred Friday afternoon.

The body was taken to Cooper Sunday afternoon for burial by Delta 
Funeral home at the Odd Fellows cemetery after services at 3 p.m. 
Monday at the Methodist church.   

He was the son of Mrs. J. N. Southerland and a brother of Mrs Monroe 
Stubblefield both of Cooper. He had had a room here for the past year 
in the home of O. W. Howard, 125 N. Main.
