WILLIAMSON RITES SET WEDNESDAY

Dan L. Williamson 61, passed away May 18, 2001, at Oklahoma City. He 
was born Oct. 1, 1939, at Garvin to Pete and Gladys Williamson.

Williamson was a lifetime resident of McCurtain County. He was an 
attorney, practicing law in Idabel. He was also a member of the 
Oklahoma Bar Association. He was also a 16 year member of the Elks 
Club Lodge No. 533 in McAlester, and a member of VFW post 4777. A 
veteran, Williamson served in the U. S. Navy. 

Survivors include his sisters, Joyce Clampet, Idabel, Louise Hartman, 
Oklahoma City, and Geraldine Golgrove, Connelly Springs, N.C.; and 
his friend, Madlyn Torbett, Oklahoma City.

The family of Dan L. Williamsoln will receive relatives and friends 
from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Jim Norwood Funeral Home, Idabel.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 23, 2001, at Jim 
Norwood Funeral Home, Idabel. Interment will follow in Forest Grove 
Cemetery.  Professional services provided by JIM NORWOOD Funeral Home 
115 N. Central  Idabel.
