Born Jan. 1, 1907 in Texas, he had been a resident of McCurtain County since 1912, moving from Texas. He was a member of the Forest Hill Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Mary Williamson of Idabel; one son, Dan L. of Idabel; three daughters, Mrs. Herman Clampet of Idabel, Louise Hartman of Oklahoma City, and Mrs. H. R. York of Avery, Texas; his stepmother, Bessie Williamson of Valliant; three brothers, Geter of Freemont, Calif., Bud and Sam Williamson of Idabel; two half brothers, Mack Williamson of Daingerfield, Texas, and Ike Williamson of Garvin; one sister, Mrs. O.B. Ray of Wapanucka; four half sisters, Inez Humecky of Bakersfield, Calif., Annie Bledsoe of Eureka, Calif., Jane Crosby of Wright City and Fay Bell Clark of Garvin, one step sister, Ludie Roberts of Millerton, 11 grandchildren, and five great grandchildren. Funeral services are set for 10:30 a.am. Friday in the Forest Hill Baptist Church with the Rev. Cecil Corey officiating.
