WREYFORD PASSES AWAY Mrs. Josephine Hamilton Wreyford, born March 18, 1865 at Falcon, Ark., departed this life January 10, 1933, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Betty Cole, at Hugo, Okla., following a brief illness. Her husband W.A. Wreyford, died November 30, 1920, more than 12 years ago. Mrs. Wreyford was the mother of ten children and twenty-one grandchildren; six sons, Elmo, Jim and Lawrence Wreyford of Rochester, Texas, Claud Wrey- ford of New Boston, Texas, and Doc Wreyford of Hugo, Okla. Four daughters, Mrs. C.A. Adcock of Broken Bow, Okla.; Mrs. Dennie Stevenson, of Midland, Texas; Mrs. Betty Cole of Hugo and Mrs. Annie Bell Little of Oklahoma City. All of the children attended the funeral except Jim. Mrs. Wreyford came to Broken Bow in 1910 and has lived here since. In late years she has made her home with her daughter, Mrs. C.A. Adcock. She was converted early in life and united with the Methodist church and remained a member until her death. Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the Methodist church conducted by Rev. W.O. Butcher, pastor. She was laid to rest beside her husband in the Broken Bow cemetery. Burial was in charge of the Senner Funeral Home of Hugo. A large crowd attended the funeral and many flowers were given by friends.
