The cemetery is located on private property in the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 6, Township 11 North, Range 18 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, McIntosh County, Oklahoma. 
Headstones list the following individuals: 

Gertrude A. 
wife of T.C. West 
Born: July 23, 1880 
Died: January 30, 1904 

India daughter of
T.C. and G.A. West
Born: May 19, 1903
Died: April 6, 1904

Charlotte A. 
wife of T.C. West
Born: August 16, 1883 
Died: June 8, 1908 

Gracie West
Born: March 26, 1908
Died: October 28, 1908

Charlotte K. 
wife of J.J. Churchman 
Born: October 29, 1860 
Died: May 24, 1906

Headstones are in good condition. 
We were told that Gertrude A. & Charlotte A. were sisters and Charlotte K. was a sister to T.C. West, cannot confirm this.
