Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in City Park Church of Christ in Floydada with Ken Free of Ralls Church of Christ officiating. Burial will be in Floydada Cemetery by Moore-Rose-White Funeral Home. Mrs. Baker was born in Checotah, Okla., and attended schools in Oklahoma and Floydada. She had lived in Floydada since 1928. A homemaker, she was a member of City Park Church of Christ, Senior Citizens and a volunteer for Spirit of Sharing. She married Francis Earl Baker in 1928 at Floyd County. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1980, two sons, Ken Baker in 1992, and Bobby Earl Baker in 1932, and by a daughter, Wanda Pearl Baker, in 1936. Survivors include a daughter, Nell Sue of Ralls; two sisters, Evelyn Leatherman of Weatherford and Dolly Burgett of Dallas; 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to City Park Church of Christ, 505 S. Fifth, Floydada, TX 79235.
