This very large ranch was home to many resident workers who eventually had to create a cemetery for the family members that died on the ranch. There are seven to ten unmarked graves just west of the main ranch house. It is marked by bois d' arc post at the foot of each grave with climbing yellow roses. The only known person whose name is know is Melvina Sparks who was burned to death in a house fire shortly after mid-wiving the birth of twins. The twins also died shortly thereafter and were also buried in this cemetery. I have searched many times for more info on this ranch but as it has sold several time in the recent years, the current owners know nothing of those interred here. There are no county records as the burials were before statehood in 1907. Melvina McAnally Sparks, Died - 1895 Dennis Muncrief - January, 2002
