JEORALDENA LEE of Ada is a visitor at the home of her aunt, MRS. T. M. GREER. MISS IRMA WRIGHT, student in a business college at Oklahoma City, is home for the holidays. MISS WAHNETA CHIGLEY, teacher at the Deaf School at Baton Rouge, Louisiana, is home for the Christmas vacation. Mr. and Mrs. GARLAND DODSON of Fort Worth are spending the holiday with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. B OUTLER. Mr. and Mrs. D. A. WILLIS left Friday for Shreveport, Louisiana to spend the holidays with their daughter, MRS. J. V MCVEETY. MISS VERA RAINES of Springfield, Missouri is spending the holidays with her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. A. J. PETTY and friends. The tent in which C. KRIMNITZ lived on the B. B. WRIGHT place, caught fire and burned last Thursday, the fire also consumed his bedding, clothing, and other things in the tent. Mr. Krimnitz was in the tent when it caught fire bit but was unable to save it. The fire was caused by a tent flat dropping down over the flue. Davis friends have been notified of the death of CHARLES B. MCDONALD, who was a citizen of Davis many years ago. He was killed last Friday in an auto accident near Fort Worth.
