(Davis had only three crossings.) The Rev. I. V. JOLLY and family arrived for their post at the Cumberland Presbyterian Church. In commenting on the upcoming election for city waterworks, editor Fay CROSSETT wrote: 'We should be able to see beyond our noses.' J. B. DICKINSON was given the electric light franchise. 'What was once the deadest town in the Chickasaw Nation is now the liveliest town in the Washita Valley. M. C. McBROWN bought the restaurant next door to First National Bank. It will be called the Farmers Union Restaurant. Churchwell and Co. were proprieters of another restaurant the White Star. Also CROSSETT wrote: 'Will IDLEMAN's table is supplied with the best the market affords.'
