A three inch snow fell. Postmaster RAMSEY said the post office at Arbuckle, nine miles west of Davis would be abolished January 15. Mail would be diverted to Davis. F. E. WILSON, who published the first newspaper in Davis 12 years ago (1893), was in town. He also founded the Daily Ardmoreite and was working for the Topeka Mail and Breeze..
