Richard Day and Allan Wynn officiating. Interment was in Oaklawn Cemetery with Clagg Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Born August 24, 1914 in Octavia, Okla. to William Francis Beaver and Ada E. Ferguson Beaver, he died Friday, April 28 in Wynnewood. A retired plumber in this area for many years, he grew up in Octavia. He moved to the Sulphur area at age 13. He worked with the CCC program in Platt National Park and later worked for the Dolese company for 17 years. He became a licensed plumber and worked at Oklahoma School for the Deaf until his retirement. He married Lorene Gilbert on February 15, 1939 in Sulphur. She preceded him in death on February 22, 1981. On August 3, 1988, he married Vinita Pearson Brewer in Sulphur. Survivors include his wife, Vinita, of the home; two daughters, Keatha Cagle and Sharon Talbert, both of Sulphur; a step-daughter, Fredia Gilbert, Sulphur; three sons, Dewey Beaver, Ontario, Calif., Jimmie Beaver, Oklahoma City and Kenneth Beaver, Bastrop, La.; two step-sons, Gerald Brewer, Oklahoma City and Randy Brewer, Sulphur; two brothers, Roy Beaver, Ada and Clyde Beaver, Jenks; one sister, Claretta Dark, Del City; 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Florence Lewis.
