James Glover officiating. Interment was in Oaklawn Cemetery with Clagg Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Born November 13, 1939 in Ponca City to H. Wade Balsters and Ethel Jane Lee Balsters, he died Tuesday, Oct. 12 in Tyler, Texas. He married Sharon Matson on January 2, 1974 at Vandille, Ark. A water plant operator, he grew up in Hugo, where he graduated from high school. He attended Magnolia College in Magnolia, Ark. He served in the U.S. Army as a military policeman. Surviving are his wife, Sharon, Tyler, Texas; two sons, Sam Balsters and Eric Balsters, both of Tyler, Texas and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Leo Balsters. Pallbearers were Steve Poynter, Seth Balsters, Sam Remy, Anthony Remy, R. J.
