Bill Leveridge officiating. Interment followed at Oaklawn Cemetery in Sulphur with DeArman's Clagg Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Born November 2, 1934 in Sulphur to Vesta Jewel (Mink) and Elmer George Carr, he died Wednesday, Dec. 27 in Oklahoma City. He graduated from Sulphur High School in 1953 and in 1960 he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. He married Marian Ellen (Anderson) Carr at Sulphur on June 23, 1956. He was a member of the Council Road Baptist Church in Oklahoma City. Surviving are his wife, Marian Ellen Carr, of the home; two sons and their wives, Gregg and Ann Carr, Coppell, Texas and Eric and Michelle Carr, Garden Grove, Calif.; one daughter and her husband, Lori and Pierre Printz, Euless, Texas; one infant grandson, Aiden Carr, Garden Grove, Calif.; two brothers and their wives, Thomas and Anita Carr, Sulphur and Michael D. and Jackie Carr, Ardmore and two sisters, June Vernon, El Lago, Texas and Norman McMurray and her husband, Carl, Lynn Haven, Fla.
