She passed awat December 31, 2008 at Elk City, Oklahoma at the age of 82 years, 5 months and 24 days. Jean grew up aroung Cheyenne and attended school at Square Top school. She was married to Arlie Clifton "Doc" Binion at Winfield, Kansas in November of 1946. After their marriage they moved to Perryton, Texas where they had their five children. In 1971 Jean and Doc moved to Cheyenne to make their home. Jean enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, watching hummingbirds and squirells and tending her garden and rose bushes. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and 1 brother, Clarence Junior Conway. She is survived by her 5 children, James Wiley Binion, Cheyenne, Oklahoma, Kelly Francis Binion, Cheyenne, Oklahoma, Verla Ruth Binion, Elk City, Oklahoma, Carol Deann Ingram and husband, William, Cheyenne, Oklahoma, and Kenny Lee Binion, Cheyenne, Oklahoma; 11 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, 1 brother, Homer Ray Conway, Locus Grove, Oklahoma and a host of relatives and friends. Services were held Sunday, January 4, 2009 at 2 p.m. at Cheyenne First Baptist Church officiated by Jeff Hurlbut. Burial followed in Cheyenne Cemetery, Cheyenne, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma under the direction of Rose Chapel Funeral Service.
