Wayne Loftin and Rev. Rev. Finis Steelman officiating. Born April 26, 1927 in Oklahoma City to Neal "Fritz" and Jane (Parrish) Black, she died Thursday, July 21. A retired employee of the City of Davis, she worked as a police dispatcher and as a clerk for the water department. She was a member of the Methodist Church as well as a member of the Beta Sigma Phi and Progressive OHCE. She was known as a great cook and loved to play canasta. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Tommie N. and Billie E.
