Services were Nov. 16 at the Krien Chapel in Davis with the Rev. James Densman officiating. Burial was at Green Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Harper was born Aug. 25, 1955, in Sulphur to Ezekial Monroe and Martha Marie (Welborn) Redmond. She grew up and attended school in Sulphur. She married Lloyd Allen Harper of Gainesville, Texas, on Aug. 25, 1969, and he preceded her in death. She worked as a nurses' aide and retired from the Oklahoma Veterans Center in Sulphur in September, due to her health. She loved to spend time with her family and was an avid bingo player. She is survived by three children, Lloyd Allen Harper Jr. and Belinda Lenard, both of Sulphur, and Melanie Miller and husband, Pete, of Mill Creek; siblings, Ricky Redmond of Madill, Jerry Redmond and wife, Shirley of Guymon, Bonnie Owens of Sulphur, Betty Parks and husband, Bobby of Hope, Ark., and Lois Osmon and husband, Chuck of Albuquerque, N.M., five grandchildren and special friends David Payne and Linda Shultz, both of Davis. She was preceded in death by her husband; one brother, Claude Redmond; one sister, Bernice Cochrand and her parents. Pallbearers were Richard Wade, Charlie Harber, Edward Lenard, Lee Payne, Randall Ballew and Ted Lenard. Honorary bearers were Sam Fitzgerald and Tommy Digby.
