Interment was at Oaklawn Cemetery under the direction of Clagg Funeral Home. Mrs. Jackson was born May 23, 1912 in Alderson to Doro Petitti and Domenica Quilico Petitti. She died Saturday, June 26, 2004 in Sulphur. On December 25, 1929 she married Hershell R. Jackson who preceded her in death on March 15, 2002. She grew up in the McAlester area and moved to Sulphur in 1946. She was co-owner of OTASCO store in Sulphur for 45 years. She was a founding member of St. Francis Church and was in the Altar Society for 56 years and sang in the choir. She was a avid bridge player, as well as a gardener and seamstress. She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Joanna Jackson, Plano, Texas; one brother and sister-in-law, Don and Sue Petitti, Sulphur; one sister, Kathryn DiFiore, Raleigh, N.C.; one son-in-law, Bernard Troy, McAlester; seven grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and daughter, Carolyn Ann Troy. Pallbearers were Tim Colbert, Scott Colbert, Bill Parsons, Bob Raymo, Fred Mosley and Max Swartz. The family suggests memorials may be made to St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 700 E.
