Interment was at Oaklawn Cemetery in Sulphur on Wednesday, March 10 at 2:00 p.m. Mrs. McQueen died Friday, March 5 at her residence in Tulsa. Born in Fort Morgan, Colo. on November 29, 1915, she graduated from Sulphur High School in 1934 and attended East Central University in Ada. She married K. H. McQueen on May 10, 1952 and lived in the Davis area until she moved to a retirement center in Tulsa in 1999. She was preceded in death by her husband, one infant son, her parents, Lenora May and Benjamin Pierson; two sisters, Sarah Erickson and Ethel McKeon and two brothers, Ben and William Pierson. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Ken and Dru McQueen, Tulsa and their children, Kenley, Katie and Marshall; a daughter, Kay McQueen, Denver, Colo. and her children, Ashley, Jessica, and Corey and several nieces and nephews.
