Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Monday in Paducah Garden of Memories Cemetery with the Rev. Roy C. Keith, pastor of First Christian Church in Paducah, officiating. Arrangements are by Seigler Funeral Home of Paducah. Mrs. Piper was born March 16, 1940, in Sulphur, Okla. She was a homemaker and a member of First Christian Church. She was a member of Myasthenia Gravis Foundation, and a tireless volunteer with MDA, Toys for Tots and Friends of the Library organization. She was preceded in death by a son; two brothers; and two sisters. Survivors include two sons, John Piper and Chad Piper, both of Amarillo; six brothers, Carl Votaw, Cecil Votaw, Barney Votaw and Jerry Votaw, all of Paducah, James Votaw of Childress and Ricky Votaw of Amarillo; two sisters, Ann Monks of Paducah and Laura Thomas of Amarillo; and two grandchildren.
