Wayne Patton officiating. Interment will be in Oaklawn Cemetery with Clagg Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Born August 15, 1948 in Allen to Esse Jack Pence and Willa Mae Smith Pence, he died Monday, Sept. 6 in Sulphur. He was a member of the Memorial Free Will Baptist Church. He lived in this area all his life, attending school in Sulphur. He received his industrial electronics' degree from Murray State in 1993. He worked in the oil field sector, in construction and served in the Oklahoma Army National Guard. He is survived by four daughters, Brenda Pence, Davis, Barbara Mann Sullivan, Tulsa, Tommie Ann Thornton Garrison, Dickson, and Erin Thornton Crawford, Chickasha; one son, Billy Jack Pence, Davis; seven sisters, Mary Jane Casey, Del City, Barbara Ann Frazier, Sulphur, Carol Jean McCarty, Pauls Valley, Debra Williamson, Del City, Cheryl Jo Bell, Guthrie, Kathy Murphy, Davis and Doris Ingram, Sulphur; one brother, George Albert Woodruff, Oklahoma City; and six grandchildren, Kalyn Holden, Padyn Pence, Ty Parker Garrison, Dustin and Tyler Blevins and Reigan Sullivan.
