Finis Steelman officiating. Interment was in Green Hill Cemetery, Davis under the direction of Krien Funeral Home. Born October 22, 1951 in Oklahoma City to Francis Edmonds and Rosanna Starr Edmonds, he was adopted at less than a year of age by Thomas and Caroline Alexander Stribling. He died Friday, Feb. 13 at Lawton Memorial Hospital in Lawton. He grew up in Davis and graduated from Davis High School. During his highschool years, he was very active in sports and continued his interest by being an avid University of Oklahoma sports fan. He was a musician at heart and loved playing the drums and guitar. He is survived by two daughters, Chrissy Stribling-Lipscomb, Rowlette, Texas and Heather Stribling-Shotton, Norman; one brother, Billy Edmonds, Anadarko; two sisters, Karen Edmonds and Sheryl Poolaw, both of Anadarko and three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and birth parents; one brother, Tommy Edmonds and one granddaughter, MiKela Lipscomb.
