Surnames: Seeley Robinson Miller Originally posted at: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/UaB.2ACI/1490 Della Mae Seeley Services for Della Mae Seeley, 84, a lifelong resident of Davis, were held at 10 a.m. on Monday, February 27, 2006, at Hale's Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Finis Steelman officiating. Interment followed at Green Hill Cemetery. Della was born on June 17, 1921, in Davis, to Walter R. "Buck" and Della M. Miller Robinson, she died on Friday, February 24, at her home. She and Emmett Seeley were married January 11, 1963 in Pauls Valley. After graduating from Davis High School in 1938, Della went to work in the office of The Murray County Clerk. While working in the clerk's office, she served as 1st Deputy Clerk. Later in life Della spent countless hours painting. She enjoyed painting landscapes scenes and still photos. She is survived by her husband, Emmett, of the home; one niece, Rolanda Rogers and husband Roy; and one nephew, Larry Robinson all of Davis; two great nieces, Courtney Eason and husband Rodney of Velma and Maci Jo Robinson of Okemah; one great nephew, Clint Grinstead and wife Crissy of Davis; two great-great nieces, Abby Eason and Jolee Grinstead; one great- great nephew, Langston Grinstead; one uncle, William "Pete" Knapp of Davis; one daughter, Shirley Ridley of OKC; one grandson, Chad Parsons and wife Allison; and two great granddaughter, Audrey and Abby Parsons all of Mansfield, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, and one brother, W.R. "Doc" Robinson in October 1987. Pallbearers were Clint Grinstead, Rodney Eason, Chad Parsons, Butch Rogers, Robert Bolding and Paul Ozbirn.
