Services were at Krien Funeral Home Chapel Dec. 19, with Pastor Jerry Lemley officiating. Burial was at Green Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Saylor was born Nov. 18, 1921, to Lena (Folsom) and George Donaghe at Fort Gibson. She graduated from Varnum High School. She married James Clarence Saylor in 1939 at Chandler. She and her husband made their home in Seminole for several years before moving to Davis in 1950. She was a member of the First Christian Church and was one of the founders of Faith Center. She was an avid "football fan" and was always there to cheer on her team. She was preceded in death by: her parents, a daughter, Jackie Carol Birch, and a sister, Nakita Morse. She is survived by her husband, of the home; two grandchildren, Nicki Nowlin of Davis, and Jerry Birch of Sulphur, and five great-grandchildren, "BJ," Randi and Scott Nowlin and Tara and Jarrin Birch. Pallbearers were Blake Gibson, Blake Primrose, Alex Petty, Bobby McGill, Bryce Gaddy and Mike Mosher.
