He was buried at Lone Cedar Cemetery in Baum. WEBB was born June 3, 2932, at Anderson Flat to Cad and Georgia Lee (CALDWELL) WEBB. He grew up around Anderson Flat in the Mannsville area. He married Paula BURROUGHS, and they had six children. On June 10, 1977, he married Judy Ann WATTS in Mannsville and they had three children. He earned an associate's degree in gunsmithing from Murray State College in 1981. They moved from Ardmore to Davis in 1983. He was an avid Davis High School football fan and never missed a practice or game until his lengthy battle with cancer." His survivors include: his wife; three sons; three daughters; a brother; twelve grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. "He was preceded in death by his parents, three children, Melvin Jr., Mark and Georgia WEBB, two brothers, Ralph and Odell WEBB, a great-grandchild and his former wife. Pallbearers were Baylen BUYCKS, Keith BUYCKS, Danny RAWLS, Justin RAWLS, Kyle WHATLEY and Todd WHATLEY, Honorary bearers were Noland ANDERSON, Lewis MORGAN, John SPARKS, Johnny WEBB, Ricky WEBB, Richard CHADWICK and Bradley THOMAS.
