Services are Wednesday (today) at Mt. Olive Cemetery in Healdton with the Rev. James Densman officiating. Mrs. Williams was born June 20, 1913, in Enville to Willis Samuel and Essie Mahala (Hair) Ray. She grew up and attended school in Enville and Healdton. She married Dennis Clifford Williams in 1970. She worked as a cook for Baptist Homes and prepared many meals at Falls Creek. Cooking was her hobby, especially making candy. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Davis. She is survived by a son, Ed Cloninger of Davis; a stepson, Billy Williams of Graham; two stepdaughters, Jerri Magruder and Linda Ruth "Judy" Hamilton, both of Ardmore, seven grandchildren and several great-great- grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and a brother, Newman Ray. Honorary pallbearers are Dale Noland, Kenneth Eck, Jim Philips, Randy Moore, Tom Ray, Dana Gossverner, Dale Coley, Phyllis Barber Brown and Pat Drew. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation Department of Psychiatry for the Study of Abused and Neglected Children.
