Funeral services held Friday at 2 p.m. in Church of Christ at Fort Gibson. Frank Eason and Jack Linsy, both of Fort Gibson, officiating. Bradley Funeral Home. Burial in Citizens Cemetery at Fort Gibson. Pallbearers: James Maddox,Gail Perry, Wallace Huggins, I.B. Brascum, Floyd McCleland and Jack Raines. Born December 1, 1885 at Huntsville,Arkansas. Came to Indian Territory as a child and lived in the Fort Gibson area. Married James Ford in 1901 and moved to Hulbert in 1926. Ford died May 2,1936. She moved back to Muskogee a month ago and has been living with her daughter. Survivors include: daughter Mrs. James Brown, 809 Cromwell Place; four sons: A.C. Sr. of Fort Gibson, Joe of Hulbert, Robert of Marianna, Arkansas and Howard of Joplin, Missouri; a sister Pearl Brooks, and a brother, Freeman Blythe, both of Fort Gibson; 11 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
