Perry Mitchell Ford
May 1,1979 

Age 69, of Fort Gibson. Died Monday at Fort Gibson Nursing Home. Services 
Wednesday with Bradley Funeral Service.  Born June 15, 1909 in Braggs. 
Son of Dave and Mary Ford. Attended Braggs schools. Married Gertrude 
Little  Nov. 13, 1928 in Wagoner. Lifelong resident of the Braggs and Fort 
Gibson areas.  Member of the Pentecostal Holiness Church. Retired from the 
State Highway Department. Survived by wife: Gertrude; four 
sons: H. J. of Seminole and Jerry, Don and Charles, all of Fort Gibson; four daughters, 
Delphia Murry, Shirley Yandell and Ina Stills, all of Fort Gibson and Connie Hisley of 
Muskogee; one brother, Walter and one sister, Minnie Cumpton, both of Fort Gibson; 32 
grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
